Hi beautiful soul,

I recently experienced something I've never done before, a Between Lives Soul Regression session with Rob Schwartz. You might remember him from Episode 32 of The Energetics Podcast where we talked about how our souls create a plan before each lifetime begins.

This regression takes you into a very deep, peaceful state where you can access the space your soul returns to between lifetimes. It's where you meet your guides, your council of light, and your soul family to understand the lessons you chose for this lifetime and why.

Going into it, I had no expectations. I simply wanted to experience what it might feel like to remember that in-between space.

What I received was far more profound than I could have imagined.

The core message that came through for me was about radical honesty, the kind of honesty that asks you to see yourself fully and stop hiding behind old stories or patterns that once felt safe.

But the message didn't stop there. I was shown that radical honesty is only the first step. It's what opens the door to radical acceptance.

Radical acceptance is the moment you stop resisting who you are. It's when you stop trying to fix every flaw and instead meet yourself with compassion. It's when you look at your mistakes, your growth, your hopes, and your fears, and say, I can love myself here too.

It reminded me that I've spent many lifetimes learning how to live from this truth, to see myself and others through the lens of acceptance rather than judgment.
