Where My Soul Keeps Coming Home

When I look back on the seasons of my life where I grew the most, where I learned the most about who I am and felt my soul genuinely expand, so many of them happened on a trip somewhere. There is something about the rush of trying new things, the thrill of the adventure, and the way a new place stretches you that I have never been able to find anywhere else, and travel has been woven through my life for as long as I can remember.

Where It All Began

I was 19 years old the first time I ever left the country, and I didn't ease into it gently. I went to study abroad in India, and the culture shock, the learning, and the growth that happened in me during that time is still something I struggle to put into words. I came home a different person than the girl who left, and I knew in my bones that I wasn't done.

So I went again. I lived in New Zealand as a student teacher, and I spent every free moment I had getting outside, going on adventures, and meeting the most incredible people who welcomed me into their lives. Those two experiences lit something in me that has never gone out, and they're the reason I've spent my life wanting to see as much of this world as I possibly can.

What Travel Keeps Teaching Me

Every time I travel, I'm reminded of something I spent years forgetting in the busyness of my career and my life, which is that I am worthy of investing in myself. Not someday, and not after the next milestone, but now. When I get out of my comfort zone and let myself be fully present somewhere new, amazing things start falling into place, and I come home clearer, lighter, and more myself than when I left.

That feeling is exactly what I want to give to other women.

Introducing Soul-o Adventures

My dear friend Kim Jacobson shares my deep love of travel, and one day we looked at each other and decided it was time to team up and take women on adventures all over the world. We named it Soul-o Adventures, because you can come solo or bring your person, and either way, it is your soul that gets to come home.

These are small group, all-inclusive trips for women who have spent years pouring themselves into everyone else, their careers, their families, their teams, and their calendars. This is the trip where you stop pouring and start receiving. We are launching in 2027 with two destinations that mean the world to us.

Sedona, Arizona · February 4–7, 2027

Sedona has been such a spiritual opening for me, and I can tell you honestly that there is nothing more majestic than watching the sun rise or set over those red rocks. No picture I have ever taken has done it justice. We will stay together in a private home with red rock views, and the days are filled with hiking, a small group mediumship reading with me, a one-on-one spiritual advisory session with Kim, a sound bath healing experience, a Pink Jeep tour through the landscape, and a private session with an aura photographer who comes right to our house to capture each of our auras individually and as a group.

Tulum, Mexico · November 6–13, 2027

Tulum is a trip I have dreamed about for years. I have always wanted to float inside an ancient cenote while singing bowls are played all around me, and on this trip we get to do exactly that, in a cave sanctuary reserved just for our group. And then, because the soul deserves joy as much as it deserves depth, we pulled out all the stops: a private luxury villa on the beach, a private chef preparing every meal, a massage, a full day aboard a private yacht on the open ocean, and time with Kim and me woven throughout the week.
