If you are anything like me, you love the moments in life where Spirit nudges you toward something deeper. Something quieter. Something you can feel in your chest before you can fully explain it in words.

Six months ago, I felt that nudge.

A close friend of mine asked me to read this book with her and a few other soul-aligned women from all over the world. It felt like a powerful invitation to grow together. We meet on Zoom once a month, each of us bringing our own lived experiences and questions. We read one chapter at a time and let the lesson settle into our bodies at its own pace. Not rushed. Not as a task. Just a slow unfolding of wisdom we are walking through together.

For half a year, we have been sitting with these teachings and letting them work on us from the inside out. We talk about them. We question them. We laugh at the parts that stretch us. We sit in silence with the parts that break something old open. We let the energy of each lesson move through our lives in real time.

What I did not expect was how much this book would become a journey of remembering. A remembering of who I am. A remembering of how I want to live. A remembering of the frequency of Christ Consciousness.

And before you wonder, this is not about religion. This is about a way of being. A way of seeing. A way of choosing love over fear. A way of living with clarity, compassion, responsibility, and inner freedom.

Each chapter has brought its own awakening.

The first month showed me that desire is not dangerous. It is divine. The second month taught me that my life is shaped by what I choose to value. The third showed me that I am never upset for the reason I think. The fourth reminded me that I am free in every moment. The fifth softened me into the truth that the world is neutral until I give it meaning. And the sixth opened my heart with the realization that forgiveness is how I return to who I really am.

It has been tender. It has been humbling. It has been beautiful.
