I know I have been sending a lot of emails about my new program coming up, and I am really excited about it. But my heart is also deeply conflicted.

You see, I am from Minnesota. I live in Nebraska, but ask anyone who knows me... my heart bleeds lakes, and loons, and casseroles! And let me tell you, there is nothing better than a hot beef commercial and a piece of rhubarb pie from a little small town cafe in Minnesota.

But this weekend, I found myself doomscrolling. Refreshing my phone every 10 minutes for updates on the chaos happening in Minnesota, Minneapolis in particular. I forgot every energy and spiritual tool in my toolbelt and got caught up in fear, doubt, and worry.

So, like any good spiritual medium, I decided it was time to remember that I am not in control and to turn to something more powerful than my intrusive thoughts... the guidance from above. When I need specific and detailed guidance, I still use automatic writing as the most clear tool I have.

A channeled message from Jesus, Mary Magdalene, Archangel Michael, Archangel Gabriel, Archangel Uriel and my team in Spirit:

"My dear people,

Love the neighbor. Bring hope and peace and love into their lives. Be not afraid for I bring you peace. But don't mistake walking in love for not standing up for what is right.

We walk arm and arm with our brothers and sisters. We show compassion. We walk in the truth that lives in our hearts. Trust that. Trust the power of prayer. Trust in the power of peaceful resistance. Trust that good will prevail.

Don't get caught in the traps set for you. Don't get caught in the fear, shame, guilt and hatred. That is not the way. And please find compassion in your heart for others. Especially others who think, act, or live differently than you. That is the way of the truth. That is the way of the heart. That is the way to be in the energy of love. For love and prayer and being in the energy of hope is what will bring us out of this darkness. And remember that I love you always."

I hope this message helps you today as much as it helped me.

If no one has told you today, I love you. I am proud of you. And you are beautifully and wonderfully made just as you are!
